Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping depends upon the product and your location.  Most standard shipping is a minimum of 6-9 business days.*  
*Please allow for a minimum of 3-5 extra business days in addition to the shipping time frame to allow for customization.
 Due to COVID, shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to promotions or holidays. When your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number for that order. Please know that your order may be coming from multiple warehouses, so if you are missing items they could be coming in another package.
Return& Exchanges

We have more than one return policy due to different manufacturing facilities. 

Apparel items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one product. You will have 30 calendar days from the day your apparel arrived at your house to ship it back. Contact us via email ( and we will get you your return label to ship it back to us. Your first return is on us!

For all other non-apparel items, returns will be issued only for misprinted/damaged/defective items.  The items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
