Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but because we operate out of different manufacturing facilities, we have more than one return policy:

For apparel items, we accept returns and exchanges for any reason.  For regular price items, you have 30 calendar days from the time it arrives to send it back. Email us to receive a return shipping label. Your first return is on us!  For all sale items, you have 10 calendar days from the time it arrives to send it back for a store credit. 

For non-apparel items, refunds will be issued only for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. The problem must be reported within 2 weeks after your products have been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

If there are any problems with your order, contact us, and we’ll make it right.

 

Do you have a size chart I can use to find my fit? Do you have plus sizes available?

Getting dressed should never be a losing battle. We’re wild about clothing that’s not too tight, too revealing, or too short. By offering sizes XS to XXL on our made-in-Omaha apparel, we help any woman feel and look like a winner. Please note that additional sizes are available upon request (with an additional charge).

Consistent sizing is key. Unless we say otherwise, most of our apparel follows this size chart:

How much does shipping cost? How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders over $100 ship for free. For orders less than $100, your total will be calculated at the time of purchase. Depending on your location, standard shipping times with an estimated 6 to 9 business days are to be expected. Please allow for up to 5 additional business days prior to shipping for us to complete our customization magic. 

When your apparel ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please know that your order may be coming from multiple warehouses, so if you are missing items, they could be coming in another package.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We’ll do our absolute best! You have 24 hours to modify or request to cancel your order once it has been placed. Just send us an email, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alumna House gift cards.

 

Why don't I see my team on your website?
