Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes!; However, we have more than one return policy due to different manufacturing facilities.
Apparel items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one product. You will have 30 calendar days from the day your apparel arrived at your house to ship it back. Contact us via email (email@example.com) and we will get you your return label to ship it back to us. Your first return is on us!
For all other non-apparel items, returns will be issued only for misprinted/damaged/defective items. The items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Do you have a size chart I can look at to find my fit?
We offer misses sizes, proportioned for women 5’4 to 5’8. And, for most of our apparel, our sizing is much like this chart.

Shipping depends upon the product and your location. Most standard shipping is a minimum of 6-9 business days.*
*Please allow for a minimum of 3-5 extra business days in addition to the shipping time frame to allow for customization.
Due to COVID, shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to promotions or holidays. When your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number for that order. Please know that your order may be coming from multiple warehouses, so if you are missing items they could be coming in another package.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You will have 24 hours to modify or cancel your order once the order has been placed. To let us know that you need to modify or cancel an order, just send us an email to email@example.com.
