Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Of course! If a top doesn't fit JUST right, send it back within 30 calendar days from the day you received it to get a full refund. To start the refund process, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a shipping label. (Your first return is on us!)
Do you have a size chart I can look at to find my fit?
We offer misses sizes, proportioned for women 5’4 to 5’8. And, for most of our apparel, our sizing is much like the chart, here.
We may indicate on certain apparel if it runs small or roomy. And, if you don’t know for sure, feel free to call us at 402-960-2519 or email us at email@example.com!
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping cost is determined based upon number of items purchased and whether you selected standard or expedited shipping. For standard shipping, you will receive a 50% discount off of the shipping cost. For expedited shipping, you will receive a 35% discount off of the shipping cost. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 extra business days in addition to the shipping time frame to allow for customization.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We will make every effort to accommodate requests to cancel or modify your order if notified the same day as your order (or within the next business day). If we cannot cancel the order we will work with you to get the merchandise returned so we can issue you a full refund.
