University of Iowa

There’s something special about the University of Iowa. The historic campus, located at 125 North Madison Street in Iowa City, home of Hawkeye sports, and founded in 1847, was named one of the top 10 college towns by USA Today. That same report described Iowa City as one of the happiest cities in the country – something Iowa Hawkeye fans already know.

The Iowa State River seamlessly connects the university and the surrounding community. With its scenic bike trails, pedestrian-friendly streets, and walking paths, there’s an energy in the air whether you’re on or off campus. The University of Iowa is the oldest and largest university in the state. It offers more than 200 areas of study in both the arts and sciences. And The University of Iowa’s award-winning Athletics Department means you can’t go far without running into the enthusiastic fans of Hawkeye Nation.  It’s not uncommon to run into Hawkeye’s mascot, Herky the Hawk, or overhear someone echoing head football coach Kirk Ferentz’s now-famous line, “That’s Football.”

From the Hawkeye’s NCAA Big Ten Conference men’s football team to the highly competitive men’s and women’s basketball teams, the Hawkeyes don’t have time to stand still. Their Athletic program touts 26 national championships and is the first NCAA Division I, Power Five conference institution to offer women’s wrestling. And they have an array of other competitive sports, including baseball, cross country, golf, gymnastics, field hockey, soccer, track & field, tennis, volleyball, and rowing.

Being a Hawkeye fan is a lifestyle, which is why we provide stylish licensed women’s sports apparel you can wear beyond cheering for the Hawks at Kinnick Stadium or Carver-Hawkeye Arena.  Our gold and black women’s University of Iowa shirts, pants, jackets, and accessories are designed to fit your busy lifestyle.
